Return Policy

All returns must receive prior authorization by calling 703.568.2700 or emailing us at jennifer@ashtonimaging.com. We honor returns/refunds in the following cases:

1. During shipment it is possible that your product(s) may have been damaged. If your product(s) is damage in transit, then Ashton Imaging, Inc. will replace the damaged item(s) at no cost to you.

2. If you decide you no longer want a product(s) and desire to return the item(s), you may do so. All returns that are not directly related to a defect or damage during shipping will be assessed a penalty. A restocking fee of 50% of the cost of the item(s) and the cost of shipping will be charged to your account. You must return the item(s) within 10 business days and pay the penalty fee no more than 30 days after the date the item is returned. Returns will be accepted no later than 10 days after the shipping date.

3. If you have ordered a product(s) online and no longer desire that item(s), Aegis offers a 24-hour grace period. Call a customer service representative within 24 hours of the time your purchase was made and Aegis will cancel your order at no cost to you.



Method of Shipping/Delivery timelines

The majority of shipping for Ashtonimaging.com/ Ashton Imaging, Inc. is handled through Federal Express, Fees and rates will very from time to time in accordance with current Federal Express shipping costs.

Delivery time for a product(s) is determined by two factors:

1. If the product(s) you ordered is available, then Ashton Imaging, Inc. will deliver the item(s) in up to 3 weeks from the time it is ordered. If an unusual circumstance were to arise that the delivery is delayed in transit, then Ashton Imaging, Inc. will contact you immediately.

2. If the product(s) you purchased is on back order at the time your order is made, then Ashton Imaging, Inc. will notify you by phone or email (if applicable) immediately. Once the item is available, Ashton Imaging, Inc. will deliver the item(s) to you within the normal timeframe. You can keep track of your order at www.FedEx.com.
